We are a two-page-a-month publication, not a support desk; a telephone line we could not answer would be worse than none. A web form would need a server-side handler, spam protection and storage of whatever you typed — all of it personal data. Email puts you in control of what you send and of the copy you keep.
What to write to us about
- A factual error. Tell us which page and what is wrong; a link to a primary source helps and is not required.
- A product detail that has changed. Vendors change bundles and prices without notice. We would rather hear it from you than leave it stale.
- A data-protection request. Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection or portability under Articles 15 to 21 of the GDPR.
- A legal notice or trademark concern. Send it here and it reaches the director of publication directly.
Please do not send us press releases, guest-post pitches or link-exchange offers. We publish neither.
